I like to look back on it personally because it is a great way to see how you have grown. When there are definitely days where I doubt myself it gives me a nice little boost and I highly recommend it to anyone else that feels the same way at times. It can also be great to work out what areas you would like to improve on next and can give you a fresh perspective.
